Beyond Search Summit 2027

Beyond Search Summit 2027 is a two-day event taking place February 26-27, 2027 at the Crowne Plaza Today Gurugram in Delhi NCR, India, structured as a single-stage program with no parallel tracks. The event is designed for agency founders, in-house SEO teams, CMOs, AI practitioners, SaaS companies, and content strategy leaders, and organizers deliberately cap attendance at roughly 300 people rather than maximizing it, prioritizing senior-level participants.

The program addresses five core shifts in search: AI Overviews and generative engines (answer-layer visibility and citations), entities and semantic search (meaning mapping over keyword matching), agentic discovery (optimizing for autonomous systems), local and vertical intelligence (maps, voice, and platform-native search), and automation and agentic workflows (agent-driven audits and content operations).

Day One (Friday, February 26) is a hands-on workshop day built around seven 45-minute workshops, opening with registration and remarks and closing with an opening party and dinner in the evening. Day Two (Saturday, February 27) is a strategy day featuring ten 30-minute talks organized into three-talk blocks, concluding with a Power Panel discussion and a closing party. In total the summit runs 16+ sessions. Specific session titles and speaker lineups for individual talks are due to be released with the final agenda in December. A VIP-only pre-summit evening on February 25 offers a private dinner and roundtable with speakers.

The summit also hosts the Beyond Search Awards, judged by the event’s Advisory Board across six categories: Best AI Search Campaign, Best Local SEO Innovation, In-House Search Team of the Year, Search Tool of the Year, Best Use of AI in Content, and Rising Voice (for those under three years in the field). The Advisory Board includes Nitin Manchanda (Founder & Chief SEO Consultant, Botpresso), Terry Samuels (Founder, Salterra & SEOST Digital Marketing Conferences), Chris M Walker (CEO, Legiit), and Vivek Bhargava (Co-Founder, consumr.ai).

A distinguishing feature of the event is that the venue itself functions as an all-inclusive base: the stage, meals, awards night, and attendee accommodation are all contained within the same hotel, removing the need to travel between locations during the summit. The organizers also run a separate, year-round Beyond Search Community consisting of invite-only, city-by-city masterminds (already held in Pune and Bengaluru, with more cities including Delhi launching soon) where members bring real business problems to small working groups, distinct from the annual summit itself.
