Carrie Rose is the founder and CEO of Rise at Seven, a global search-first creative agency known for combining SEO, digital PR, social, and creative content to drive demand as well as capture it. She founded the agency in 2019 after identifying a gap between large-scale creative campaigns and brands’ ability to capitalise on the search demand those campaigns generate. Her core belief is that search, creativity, and audience insight must work together, not in isolation.

Carrie began her career in SEO and digital PR in Leeds, working agency-side on highly competitive accounts including Ladbrokes, where she developed a deep understanding of how technical SEO and creative strategy intersect in regulated and high-stakes industries. She later applied these learnings across sectors such as insurance, travel, retail, fashion, beauty, and finance, helping brands like Confused.com and Travel Republic grow through organic search and media planning.
