With a background in engineering and more than two decades of experience in software innovation, he has become known for applying scientific rigor to search engine optimization. His flagship product, the Cora SEO tool, analyzes over 500 ranking factors to provide actionable, individualized recommendations that often lead to measurable improvements in search performance and revenue growth.
Before launching SEO Tool Lab in 2017, Ted began his career at Microsoft and later founded QL2 Software, a pioneering company in competitive intelligence analysis. His creation, the WebQL tool, became so influential that “QL2” became an industry term for large-scale data query processes. This long-standing focus on automation and data analysis continues to shape his approach to SEO today.
