Stewart Vickers is an SEO strategist, agency founder, SaaS investor and author who focuses on scaling digital businesses through organic search and repeatable growth systems. He is widely known in the industry as “SEO Jesus,” a nickname tied to both his appearance and his ability to simplify SEO into practical, revenue-focused frameworks. His work centres on using SEO as a primary growth lever rather than a supporting marketing channel.
He began his career studying History of Art at University College London before discovering SEO through menswear blogging and digital journalism. Early roles included writing viral content at a startup alongside former CBS and NewsCorp journalists, followed by an in-house marketing role at an insurance company where he turned a £10,000 monthly ad spend into £50,000 in organic revenue. He later joined Aston Lark shortly before its £1 billion acquisition by Howden, further sharpening his experience in large-scale commercial SEO.
Alongside corporate roles, Stewart built and sold a profitable shaving blog focused on sustainable and traditional grooming, which attracted his first consulting clients. This led to the launch of his own agency, where he scaled to $60,000 in monthly revenue within six months, accelerated by the launch of his YouTube channel. His content focuses on accessible SEO fundamentals, conversion optimisation and avoiding wasted effort on low-impact marketing activities.
Watch Stewart Vickers speak at the Shenzhen SEO Conference 2025:
In 2023, he published his first book, The Power Lever Method, outlining his approach to identifying the few actions that drive disproportionate business growth. This was followed in 2024 by YouTube Millionaire Mastery, reflecting his shift toward YouTube as a scalable acquisition and authority channel. The same year, he leaned fully into the “SEO Jesus” brand, using live Google searches and audience interaction as a core part of his speaking style.
Stewart now runs multiple ventures, including a high-level mastermind for entrepreneurs, an agency training programme for freelancers, and SaaS investments. One of his most notable projects is the acquisition and growth of the Vispr backlink exchange platform, which he scaled into a seven-figure business. Across all of his work, his emphasis remains on clear systems, search-led growth and measurable outcomes rather than theory or trend chasing.
