James Norquay is the founder of Prosperity Media, a specialist SEO, GEO, and digital PR agency based in Sydney. He has been working in SEO and digital marketing for over two decades across the Australian and US markets, with experience spanning affiliate sites, large-scale content networks, enterprise consulting, and agency leadership.
Before founding Prosperity Media in 2012, James built and scaled his own portfolio of content websites, generating more than 25 million organic visits, primarily in the US market. These assets were later sold to a US media company. He then moved into enterprise SEO and inbound marketing, working with major brands including Virgin Mobile, Optus, David Jones, Woolworths, Citi Bank, and Maurice Blackburn, among many others. Alongside client work, he developed internal SEO training programs for large organisations and in-house teams.
