Giulia Panozzo is a neuroscientist-turned-marketer who blends academic research with practical acquisition strategy. She holds a BSc in Psychobiology and an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience and Clinical Neuropsychology from the University of Padua, where she also earned her psychologist qualification. Before entering digital marketing, she worked in research labs in Padua, Venice and London, specialising in neurovisualisation and neuromodulation methods such as EEG, TMS, tRNS and eyetracking.
After moving to London, she transitioned into SEO and customer acquisition, working both in-house and agency-side across travel, finance, retail and marketplace brands. Her work focuses on technical and international SEO, customer-centric search strategies, and experiment-driven acquisition frameworks informed by cognitive bias and behavioural patterns.

Giulia is the founder of Neuroscientive, her neuromarketing consultancy where she offers research, training, workshops and advisory work. She also collaborates as a visiting researcher with two London universities, contributes to publications like Moz and Search Engine Journal, and speaks internationally at events including TEDxVicenza, BrightonSEO, SMX, WTSFest, Heapcon, and Search Y.
In addition to her consulting and research, she mentors professionals through groups like Women in Tech SEO and FCDC, judges industry awards, and builds community initiatives for psychology and neuroscience students exploring career paths beyond academia.
