Alan Thomas is a sales systems specialist and founder of RevPact, where he helps 6- and 7-figure digital agency owners improve inbound close rates and step out of founder-led sales. His work focuses on installing structured, repeatable sales processes for agencies that already have demand but are losing revenue due to inconsistent calls, poor qualification, or lack of a system they can delegate.
Before founding RevPact, Alan spent over a decade building and leading sales teams across the full funnel, from SDR to VP-level roles, at companies including Twitter, Time Doctor, and Liteflow. Earlier in his career, a failed venture due to weak sales fundamentals pushed him to deeply study sales execution, process design, and team scalability rather than relying on individual performance or “winging it” on calls.
