Shenzhen SEO Conference 2027

Shenzhen SEO Conference 2027 brings Eastern and Western SEO professionals and entrepreneurs together for six days, from 19 to 24 September 2027. It is set in a city that grew from a fishing village into a global tech capital in forty years. Attendance is strictly capped at 400. The main stage is at the St. Regis, with a VIP networking day at the MGM, as part of a wider ambition to become the most international SEO event in Asia.

The week builds in layers, and your ticket decides how deep you go. It opens with a free side event on 19 September, open to everyone, then moves into city tours and hands-on SEO workshops running side by side. The next day, a morning mastermind gives way to an afternoon of SEO matchmaking, before two full days of main-stage talks and a closing day of VIP networking.

The programme leans about 90% toward Western and international SEO, with the remaining 10% covering the search and internet ecosystems inside China. Every session runs in English, and the main-stage talks on 22 and 23 September have simultaneous Mandarin interpretation. The level is intermediate to advanced, though in-house marketing directors and growth leads are welcome even if they don’t do the hands-on SEO work themselves.

The room itself is a big part of the draw. About half of attendees come from China, mostly in-house SEO and marketing leaders at brands selling into global markets. They sit alongside international agency owners, martech founders and fractional SEO consultants. In 2026 that mix added up to 481 people from 49 countries, with 53 speakers and 19 sponsors across four venues.

Growth, entrepreneurship and partnership are the event’s core values, and partnership gets the most practical backing. Beyond the matchmaking sessions, there’s a free communication-support guarantee if a cross-border deal made at the conference runs into trouble. Ticket holders also join the 2027 attendee community on WeChat and WhatsApp from the day they buy, and help shape the agenda. Getting there is fairly simple: citizens of 80 countries currently get visa-free entry for up to 90 days, and signed invitation letters are provided for everyone else.
